Submitting Documents

Clients may submit documents via:

You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you provide are accurate, complete, and in a usable format.

Quotes & Turnaround Times

  • We provide quotes before work begins.
  • Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the project.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

  • First-time customers must pay before work begins.
  • Returning clients with an account may pay after delivery, subject to agreement.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and card payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the portion of the translation already completed. If no work has begun, no charges apply.

Delivery

We deliver translations digitally, in the same format as provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Use of Subcontractors

We may use vetted freelance translators and linguists to complete your project. All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual Property

  • All translated content remains the property of Marketing Translation Services until full payment is received.
  • Once payment is made, ownership transfers to the client.
  • We retain the right to keep copies for internal record-keeping and quality assurance.

Confidentiality

We treat all documents and information provided by clients as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client materials to third parties except:

  • Freelance translators working on the project
  • Cloud storage providers
  • Hosting providers

All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to provide accurate and high-quality translations. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from the client’s use of the translation in marketing, legal, financial, or commercial contexts.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
